    Project SALUTE requires attorneys to receive VA accreditation PRIOR to attending a training. 

    Veterans Administration (VA) regulations 38 C.F.R. §14.629 require attorneys to be accredited in order to represent veterans before the administration. 

    Attorneys seeking VA accreditation must complete VA Form 21a which can be found online at: http://www.va.gov/vaforms/va/pdf/VA21a.pdf and submit the completed application immediately via e-mail or fax to: This e-mail address is being protected from spambots.
