Mindy Barry will join UDM this Fall after working as a Senior Associate for the Detroit firm Kitch, Drutchas, Wagner, Valitutti and Sherbrook for the past five years.  She began at Kitch after serving as a Law Clerk to Michigan Supreme Court Justice Robert P. Young Jr. from 2006-2007.  Prior to her arrival in Michigan, Professor Barry worked in Washington, D.C. on Capitol Hill in a number of important posts for the U.S. House of Representatives.  Most notably, she was Chief Counsel for Overight and Investigation for the Committee on the Judiciary and Counsel to the Subcommittee on the Constitution. 

Professor Barry teaches Advanced Advocacy, National Security Law and Property.
