United Nations Law (3850)
The primary focus is on the UN Charter and its impact on the development of international law with a concomitant focus on the UN as an international organization, including the organs of the UN, including the ICJ, the functions and authority of these organs, and their role at international law. The course should be offered as a two- or three-credit offering, depending on the amount of material the professor expects to cover.
